About Me
Associate Professor at University of Southern Denmark (SDU)
I specialise in numerical modelling, parallel programming, high-performance computing and structural design optimisation of multiphysics applications. I take pride in being a multidisciplinarian, with a broad knowledge of the important engineering areas: solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and their interactions.
I believe that optimal design is of great importance to the challenges that our society faces today. It has the strength to reduce our negative impact on the world, but also to expand our knowledge and push the limits of what was previously possible.
